Installation of a real-time clock
You need the SMD IC RTC 4513 from Seiko-Epson (ca. 5,40 DM from
Reichelt Elektronik)
Additional very thin cables for internal installation. You should use the 11-pin-interface. My drivers are written for it.
Interface | RTC 4513 |
---|---|
10 | 2 |
9 | 13 |
3 | 9 |
8 | 12 |
2 | 6 |
This one of my last products: An infrared remote control module for Sharp PCs! You need this material
(from Conrad or Reichelt Elektronik):
ICs
1 TSOP 1738 or 1740 (ca. 2,50 DM)
1 NE 555
Transistors
1 BC 548
2 BC 338
Diodes
2 LED Infrarot for IR applications
1 LED red
1 Silicium diode 1N4148 (standard diode)
Condensators
2 330 µF/16V
1 4,7 nF
Resistors
3 1 kOhm
1 6,8 kOhm
1 7,5 kOhm
1 100 Ohm
1 2 Ohm
Other
1 socket 2,5mm mono with switch
1 mini switch
1 accu 6 volts (100mAh or more)
1 case
Some experienced users may solder the clock on the IR module, too, and use the lines on the 11-pin-interface as described
at connections. You can also add a voltage regulator for 6 volts to use the calculator during recharge!
Driver package for IR remote function for PC-1350
Overclocking the PC-1350
On the lower circuit board there is a small blue or silver CERALOCK oscillator with 768 kHz. Change it to one with 1,25 MHz
and you have a faster computer!
This will make data transmissions and BEEP faster, too. To use PcTrans or
PocketASM you must enter 1953 baud for serial transmissions! Cassette will only work with the same computer!
Make a RAM card
You need: IC PG51256SL or D43256B (SMD version) and IC 74HC00 (SMD version), a board and isolated wire!
